Every KLOORA order is Cash on Delivery. You do not pay anything online. When the rider arrives, check the parcel and pay the total shown on your order in cash.
Please keep the amount ready and have your phone nearby, as the courier may call before arriving.

Returns
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you receive it and we will arrange a replacement or return.
